Campus Dining is a large part of your campus life. Our goal is to make your dining experience the best it can be by providing quality, nutritious food in a relaxed atmosphere. We serve the food and beverage needs of the Mines Community with our food court, residential restaurant, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Juicelab, convenience store, and full-service catering department. Our quality, variety, convenience and flexibility all help to make your dining program dynamic.

Since you will be on campus for the year, we have several special events, featured menu items, and holiday festivities planned to add some fun to your dining membership.
