Beginning in the 2009/2010 academic year, UCI Hospitality & Dining is proud to announce the addition of kosher meals to our Residential Dining program. Kosher meals will be available seven days a week upon request at Pippin Commons and Mesa Commons. Enjoy a full kosher menu including Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burritos, Southwest Veggie Wraps, Smoked Salmon Sandwiches, Spinach Feta Pasta Salad, Bagel, Roasted Chicken, and Pot Roast. Also featured are traditional dishes including Babaganoush, Hummus with Pita Chips, and Bagels with Lox. Kosher meals will be available for one deductions from your block meal plan, or the cash equivalent. If you're interested in Kosher meals, please contact Pippin's Chef Ryan at (949) 824-2168 or Mesa's Chef Charley at (949) 824-2148 to plan your menu.
