The Produce Market salad bar is fresh and flavorful, offering a wide variety and Food Alliance-certified foods from local farmers and local business. We'll meet you and the end of the line to sauté your selections into a meal at the Mongolian Grill. The bubbling hot pizza and oven-melted sandwiches will tempt you, as will the Pasta Toss with flavorful daily pasta arrangements. Feel free to try a burger hot off the grill – and don't forget the fries! International meals are one of our specialties and you'll find that we take you on a culinary trip around the world!

Worry-Free DiningBoxer Dining realizes that Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance are becoming more and more prevalent. We strive to offer students following a gluten free diet a variety of high quality and nourishing meals prepared with gluten free ingredients. To make it easy for students to identify potential allergens, we offer a Worry-Free Zone in the RFoC. This station includes a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, protein sources, and desserts that are prepared with gluten free ingredients. In addition to this, gluten free products such as cereal, bread, pasta, and hamburger buns are available daily upon request.
