Join us for Starbucks Coffee and more at the Boxer Bistro in the University Center! Mornings and lunchtime feature espresso and blended coffee drinks, pastries and grab and go meals like salads and sandwiches. At 10am the menu expands to include made-to-order burritos, quesadillas, and salads. We also feature sushi!

At Boxer Bistro, we also accept Declining Balance Dollars.
