What's Happening around Aramark? |
|
ARAMARK in the World Series Major League Baseball’s World Series starts Wednesday night, October 28, and an ARAMARK team will be playing on the biggest stage. The longtime ARAMARK partner Philadelphia Phillies take on the New York Yankees, with Games 3, 4 and 5 scheduled for Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. ARAMARK provides food, suites and retail services there, and has been a partner with the Phillies since 1985.
Four ARAMARK teams made it to the 2009 postseason, and in the division series round, they played each other. It was nothing but home games for ARAMARK when the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim beat the Boston Red Sox, and the Phillies beat the Colorado Rockies. And in the league championship series, fans of the Angels and the Phillies both enjoyed three games of home cooking.
And now it’s on to the World Series, where ARAMARK will make sure that a great game on the biggest stage is an unforgettable experience for Phillies fans. Congratulations to the ARAMARK teams at ballparks around Major League Baseball. You are the world champions of service.

Establish a fall routine
Find an excercise routine that works for your fall schedule. Build excercise into your busy day so that you don't slip into bad habits as your schedule gets over booked. Look for every opportunity to get active. A brisk lunchtime walk or taking the stairs instead of the elevator are great ways to get started. Just find a routine that works for you and try to stick to it.
