- Eat Well entrees, full size sandwiches and other main dishes are all -500 Calories or less; 30% of calories from fat or less - 600 mg sodium or less
- Eat Well side dishes, soups and desserts are all - 300 Calories or less; - 30% of calories from fat or less and - 400 mg sodium or less
