FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:
When you place your order, please state that you are using your BSU FLEX DOLLAR account. We have to handle these orders differently and it will save time if you let us know prior to placing your order. Your BSU FLEX DOLLAR account is eligible only for delivery to the BSU campus. All orders will include a $1 delivery fee added to the total. Gratuities are welcome, but may not be included in the amount charged to your flex plan.
When your order arrives at your residence hall, please be downstairs at the front desk to meet us. Due to security, our delivery personnel cannot get into the residence halls. If you are not there to meet us, security policies dictate that we return to the store. These orders cannot be re-delivered and there will not be a refund. Help us keep our low prices by meeting our delivery personnel at the main entrance.
