The BRC is an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant which features a buffet style lay out. There is a diverse menu offering an assortment of food options including international dishes, pizzas, salads, hamburgers and desserts. The BRC serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. If you’ve got a big appetite, this is where you belong!

Our Executive Chef, Philippe Didier, attended trainings for how to cook Vegan/Vegetarian and gluten-free entrees. Further, we host special Vegan Days in the BRC which featured Vegan/Vegetarian and gluten free foods from local farms and vendors. Chef Didier is ProChef II certified from the Culinary Institute of America.

Throughout the year feature nights are hosted for various holidays and events. We offer specialized menus which reflect the traditions of the holiday. We hosted dinners for Cinco de Mayo, Thanksgiving, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween and Valentine’s Day just to name a few. We also host a monthly birthday celebrations in the BRC which feature decorations and build-your-own cupcakes stations.
