Declining Balance Dollars (Cougar Cash)
You choose how much of an additional balance you want to have for the semester. Cougar Cash supplements your meal allowance and can be used at all of our retail locations on campus.
SIGN UP FOR A MEAL PLAN TODAY! Click the 'Sign up' image on the left hand side of the page. Enter your login ID and PW. Select UH Self Service. Select Student Financials. Select Optional Fees. Choose a Meal Plan. Click on the magnifying glass. Save your Meal Plan selection.
