Catering on the Bayou

Our CaterTrax online ordering system is designed to help plan your special event. Break suggestions and menus are included to give you a starting point when planning your event, but we also welcome any ideas you have to make your event unique.

All food and beverage arrangements must be made through the University Catering Services CaterTrax system. This should be done at least one week in advance for groups of less than 50 people, and two weeks in advance for groups larger than 50.

Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Texas purchase voucher. Prepayment of 50% is required for non-university catered events.
