Catering on the Bayou
This folio is designed to help plan your special event. Break suggestions and menus are included to help decide your food and beverage needs.  Please use these suggestions as a starting point when planning.  We welcome any ideas you have to make your event unique.

Food and beverage arrangements should be made through the University Catering Services office at 281-283-2650.  This should be done at least one week in advance for groups of less than 50 people, and two weeks in advance for groups larger than 50.

Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Texas purchase voucher. Prepayment of 50% is required for non-university catered events.
