If I don't use all of my meals in one week, do they carry over to the following week? |
Meals do NOT carry over from one week to the next. It is important that you select the right plan to fit your schedule and your eating habits to ensure that you get the full value for your dollars. |

Can I change my Dining Plan? |
Yes. You have the opportunity to change your dining plan on or before the twelveth 12th class day for fall and/or spring semesters. Simply go to the SACS Office and fill out a dining plan change form. |

What happens to my unused Declining Balance Dollars at the end of the semester? |
Your unused dollars roll over from fall to spring if you purchase a new meal plan for the spring semester, but do not roll over if no plan is purchased in the spring and they do not roll over from spring to fall. If you move off campus from the fall to the spring semester you can purchase a commuter meal plan and your declining balance dollars will roll over in this case. |

Can I treat my friend by using two "meals" in a meal period? |
Your declining balance dollars can be used for purchasing a meal for a friend, but your meals are for your own personal use only. |

What do I do if my Declining Balance Dollars run low? |
Each time you purchase a snack or a full meal, you may ask the cashier to tell you how many meals and/or Declining Balance Dollars you have remaining. If your dollars run low, you can add Declining Balance Dollars to your account using cash, check, money order or credit card. |

What if I lose my Dining/ID Card? |
Lost cards must be reported immediately to the Dining Services Office by calling 817-531-4490. Then you must request a new card at the Library. Students will be charged a replacement fee ($15.00) for lost or stolen cards. A Temporary card may be used in lieu of a new card for up to 5 meals. This is also requested from the library as well. |
