If your event is on campus, to ensure room availability, you must first reserve a meeting or banquet room in The Baker Conference Center by calling Shelia Click at (806) 720-7451 or (806) 441-5975. After reserving the room, contact us at (806) 720-7981. If you are not booking your event on campus, then just contact us directly by phone at (806) 720-7981 to make your catering arrangements.
