Classic Fare Catering
We provide a complete range of catering services both on and off campus. Classic Fare Catering will work with your budget and assist you with planning your event. We are able to accommodate groups from 5 to 500, in Searcy or out of town, and will provide everything from donuts to formal dinners.
In addition to food and beverages, we can provide wait staff, serving equipment, linens, china, silverware, glassware and centerpieces for events. Theme event planning is available as well.
We are conveniently located on the Harding University campus in the American Heritage Building. Please call for additional information or to arrange a time to discuss your next event.

DINING FACILITIES
Banquet Dining Rooms
Classic Fare Catering manages several banquet rooms which are available to the public as well as university groups. These rooms are located on the second floor of the American Heritage Center, above the Charles White Cafeteria. They are easily accessed by elevator or stairs from the west side of the building off Grand Blvd. Parking is available on the corner of Market Street and Grand Blvd.
Two banquet rooms - International and Arkansas - can accommodate up to 50 each or combined will seat up to 120. The largest individual room will seat up to 150 - Founders Room. These three rooms can be joined to create one banquet - hall that will seat up to 300. An additional banquet room - Freedom Room - will seat 40 and a conference room - Bison Room - will seat a maximum of 15. The latest addition is the Regions Room which provides seatting for 100.

Alternative Sites
There are many other locations on the Harding University campus where catered events may be held. The American Studies Institute is the primary source for making those reservations. They can be reached at 501-279-4353, Monday thru Friday from 8 to 4 pm.
Classic Fare Catering can also provide complete catering services, within a 60-mile radius of Searcy.
Media Requirements
All audiovisual equipment and services on campus are provided through the Media Services office. Clients must contact that office a minimum of 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for services and payment if required. They can be reached at 501-279-4353, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Requests for services less than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
