Why buy a Meal Membership?
There are lots of privileges you will be able to enjoy if you sign up for a meal plan

  • The security of guaranteed meals or the flexibility of a la carte dining
  • Don't worry about carrying cash
  • You never have to worry about cooking or doing the dishes
  • Lots of great food choices
  • And of course, you'll save money!

    How Do They Work?
Meal plans are geared specifically to make your life simpler! A magnetic stripe on the back of your Cat Card works with our computer system to identify you as a meal plan member. Our meals plans are easy, economical and designed to meet the needs of your busy campus lifestyle

  • DECLINING BALANCE POINTS work on the same principle as bank debit cards. Each time you make a food purchase, the total cost of your meal is subtracted from the point balance in your account.

Declining balance points may be used at any campus dining location.

Unused declining balance pointswill transfer at the end of fall semester to spring semester. However any declining balance points remaining at the end of spring semester are forfeited to the university.

BLOCK MEALS are prepaid meals that can be used at our new Courtyard Dining Hall for any meal served.  Unlike meals per week plans, block meals are available to you during the entire semester but they do not transfer from fall to spring semester.  Unused Block Plan meals at the end of each semester will be forfeited.

You may use more than one block meal per meal period and you may also use block meals to treat friends to meals if they are with you.  You may not loan your card to others to use.
