Courtyard Dining Hall is an "all you care to eat" dining location.  The Courtyard, offers 7 unique stations ranging from mongolian grill to bakery to great home inspired cooking.  The Courtyard will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, so you can come in and dine when it is right for you.

11/11 Steak and Shrimp Night - A Catamount favorite is back!  Join us for a grilled rib-eye and fried jump shrimp.

11/17 Breakfast for Dinner - Enjoy an array of breakfast favorites; omelets, french toast, pancakes, and much more.

11/19 Thanksgiving Dinner - Come celebrate the holiday season at the Courtyard RFoC.  Enjoy roasted turkey and all the fixin's.
