Planning Information

            Catering Services requires a courtesy of 3 week 
            notice for a catered event. Catering orders will be 
            accepted without a late charge 7 business days 
            before the scheduled event, but choices may be 
            limited. Events scheduled with less than a 7 business 
            day notice will be subject to a $25 late charge.

When scheduling services, we will need the following information:

•             Date and time of event
•             Location of the event
•             Name of department or organization financially responsible
•             Type of service required
•             University account number or other billing information
