Planning Information
Catering Services requires a courtesy of 10 days notice for a catered event. Catering orders will be accepted without a late charge 72 hours before the scheduled event, but choices may be limited. Events scheduled with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a $25 late charge.
When scheduling services, we will need the following information: |
- Date and time of event
- Location of the event
- Name of department or organization financially responsible
- Type of service required
- University account number or other billing information

Room Reservation Guidelines
All room reservations are made by the client. Catering Services is not responsible for room reservations. Please note that Catering Services does not provide for room setups or tables and chairs. Catering Services will advise you of the appropriate contact for tables and chairs upon request.
When reserving your room, make arrangements for the building and the room to be open and available 3 to 4 hours prior to the event. |
