Healthy Standards:
-We use only trans-fat free canola oil and olive oil in all of our cooking preparation -We offer vegetarian and/or vegan entrees, sides and salads with each meal -Whole-grain breads, wraps, muffins and bagels are always available -We add minimal salt to our dishes. We prefer to allow customers to salt foods at their discretion. Sea salt is provided in grinders. -All prepared salads (tuna salad, chicken salad, potato salad, broccoli salad) are made with reduced-fat mayonnaise -Low fat, skim, low-fat chocolate milk and soy milk are served all day long -The plain cream cheese served at the bagel station is low-fat -Fresh whole fruit is always out for students to grab and eat on the go
