Follow these simple steps:
  1. Go to UNCW One Card at http://seaport.uncw.edu/ (Note: If you receive a message requesting you to allow pop-up windows
    for this application, follow the instructions provided.)
  2. At the UNCW One Card login, type your UNCW e-mail address (do NOT
    include "@uncw.edu") and password.
  3. Click on the 'Student' tab.
  4. Click on 'Select Your Dining Plan'
  5. Follow the step-by-step process.

Contract Period 
Your meal plan contract is per semester. All resident students must purchase a resident meal plan while living in on-campus housing.  Seahawk Village residents are exempt from this requirement and may purchase any meal plan available if they wish. 
Cancellations and refunds
Students withdrawing from on-campus housing may also cancel their meal plan. The plan refund will be pro-rated based on the amount of plan used and the time of withdrawal.
Changes
Meal plans may be changed during the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters. Meal plan changes begin move-in day and end 10 business days from this day.
Charges and Payments
The cost of the meal plan is charged to the student’s account and must be paid when invoiced through the official University billing process.
Opening and Closing Dates
Meal plans start when housing opens at the beginning of each semester and end on the last day of exams at the end of each semester. No food service is provided during winter break or during official University emergency closings. See posted hours of operations for all food service locations.
Meal Plan Coverage
Plans are no longer restricted to certain time periods, unless you have purchased the Unlimited Meal Plan.  The Unlimited Meal Plan is restricted to one meal swipe per hour.  Meals do not carry over from one semester to the next.  They are only for the current semester for which they are contracted.
Using A Meal Swipe
A meal swipe or the "meals per week" portion of a Meal Plan can be used at breakfast, lunch and dinner in Wagoner Dining Hall, or at specific times and stations in The Hawk's Nest. 
A meal swipe can be used at the Outta Here station during lunch.  At dinner a meal swipe can be used for Jole Mole, The Tuscan Oven, Varsity Grill, The Hawk Wok, Freshens and Outta Here.

Food Dollars
Food Dollars may be used in any Campus Dining location on campus for food and beverage purchases. Refer to current Dining brochure or web site information for a list of locations and hours of operation. Food dollars carry over from the fall semester to the spring semester. At the end of the spring semester, any unused Food Dollars are not refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year or summer sessions.
ID Card
Your UNCW One Card also serves as your meal plan card and must be presented to purchase meals or to use Food or Flex Dollars. For your protection, meals and ID cards are non-transferable
