If I don't use all of my meals in one week, do they carry over to the following week?
Meals do NOT carry over from one week to the next on the 9 Plus $270 and 12 Plus $200 plans. All other plans allot meals on a semester basis and will carry over from one week to the next. It is important that you select the right plan to fit your schedule and your eating habits to ensure that you get the full value for your dollar.

Can a friend use my dining plan meals or dining card or can I use two meals in a meal period to treat a friend?
For your protection, your friend may only use your dining card if you are present to eat with them. The only plan that does not allow for you to treat a friend is the Unlimited Plan, as you may only swipe one meal per hour. Any plan will allow you to use your Food Dollars to purchase meals.

How do I change my meal plan?
In order to change your meal plan, you must visit the Auxiliary Services office, located in the Warwick Center, and fill out a meal plan change form.

What happens to my unused Food Dollars at the end of the semester?
Your unused Food Dollars transfer from the fall to the spring semester. At the end of the spring semester, any unused Food Dollars are not refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year or summer sessions.

What do I do if my Food Dollars run low?
Simply go to the UNCW One Card link to add more, in $50 increments.

How do I sign up for a Commuter Meal Plan Membership?

What if I lose my Dining/ID card?
Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to the UNCW One Card Services Office, located at the back of the Warwick Center, during business hours. After hours and weekends, contact University Police to report your card lost or stolen. NEW THIS YEAR! You may go to the On-line Card Office to deactivate your account at https://uncwonecard.blackboard.com.
