Matthew Steele was raised in Virginia just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and has lived in Charleston SC and Asheville NC.  He began his career with ARAMARK Corporation at Clemson University, working there for 7 years.  Since February 2007, Matthew has served Toccoa Falls College as the Director of Food Service operations.  He is a member of the Toccoa Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, LEADS Club, and Boy's and Girls Club.  He is a Husband, Father, Chef and a Musician.

Roy Sosby has been with Toccoa Falls Catering since August of 2005.  He first learned of the college when his dad brought his family to the campus to see the devastation after the flood.  "I grew up in Franklin/Hart County and attended Franklin County High School.  I have lived in many locations in the south.  Toccoa has been my home for eight years.  I have worked in the retail/restaurant industry for the last twenty years.  One of the rewards I have in my current position with the college is making people smile.  I am always pleased when the staff has done an exceptional job for our guests.  I am glad that God brought me to Toccoa Falls.  I have had many wonderful experiences here."
