Meal Plans 21 Meals Per Week + $100 Declining Balance Dollars - This meal plan provides you with 21 meals per week in the University Dining Commons plus $100 Declining Balance Dollars to spend in Java City or the Student Center Grill. This plan is required for all students residing on campus. Apartment residents may choose the 14 meal plan. 14 Meals Per Week + $100 Declining Balance Dollars - This plan may be chosen by residents of the University Apartments. It provides you with 14 meals per week in the University Dining Commons plus $100 Declining Balance Dollars to spend in Java City or the Student Center Grill. JUST FOR COMMUTERS! SWU Dining Services offers meal cards for the University Dining Commons that are easy to use and easy on the budget. Save up to $30 off the door rate with this great bargain! 10-Meal cards, $65; 20-Meal cards, $120; and 10-Sunday Brunch Meal cards, just $70.
