Welcome to Catering Services at Furman University!  We offer both catered events in our dining facilities and pickup services.  If you would like to book an event in one of our locations, please stop by the Catering Office located on the first floor of the dining hall or call us at (864) 294-3212.

Catering Guidelines

Ordering

Call (864) 294-3212 to place your order, We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm, excluding holidays. In order to provide you with the best service and quality possible, we require that you place your orders no later than five (5) business days prior to your event date. A final guarantee is required no later than three (3) business days prior. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation letter with your menu selections and estimated costs. Please take a moment to read through your order, make any changes necessary and send it back to us. You may also fax orders to (864) 294-3834, or E-mail us at catering@furman.edu.

Late orders are subject to availability, however, we will make every effort to accommodate all requests for services

 

 

Payment

Payment may be made through University account codes or by cash, check or credit card. Please specify your choice of payment method when ordering and have your account code available. Orders can not be processed without proper account codes.

If you are a non-university group, we require a deposit consisting of 50% of your estimated order total prior to your event.   Payment in full is due on day of event.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% of the order total will be assessed for any order cancelled the day before the event date if rescheduled. Cancellations must be received during office hours (9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday). Any cancellation received after hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

No fees will be assessed for cancellations due to extreme weather or University closings.
