Elon Campus Dining strives to provide students with the most economical and flexible meal program possible. The following policy information provides you with an idea of how you can get the most out of your meal plan:

Getting Started

You can use the meal portion of your plan beginning with dinner on August 28th until one day after the last day of exams. Phoenix Cash funds are always available for use. All you need to access your meal plan in any of our facilities is your Phoenix Card. Deposits to Phoenix Cash or Food Dollars can be made via the web, during registration, by phone or at the Phoenix Card Office located in the Moseley Center throughout the school year. Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted. A balance inquiry can be made at any dining location.

Liability Information

You must present your Phoenix Card to the cashier each time you dine in any of our facilities. Meal Plan members may not pass, sell, or loan their cards to others.

Meal Plan Changes

Authorized changes are permitted through the second week of the Fall and Spring semesters. Changes can be made on-line at Elon Web Services or at the Bursar's Office in Alamance 113.

Meal Dollars

Meal dollars may be transferred from semester to semester within the same academic year the meal plan was purchased (Must purchase same or higher meal plan in Spring for meal dollars to transfer). At the end of the Spring semester, any unused funds will be forfeited.

What do I do if I have lost my Phoenix Card?

Always report a missing card to the Phoenix Card Office at 278-5436 as soon as you are aware that your card has been lost and/or stolen. On nights and weekends, you can suspend activity on your Phoenix Card by visiting our website at www.elon.edu/phoenixcard. Visit the Phoenix Card Office during office hours to receive a replacement card or a temporary card.
