Laura Thompson, Senior Food Service Director

Our Senior Food Service Director, Laura Thompson is a graduate of Penn State University where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition.  On campus, Laura is closely involved in menu selection and development to ensure that meals are prepared with good nutrition in mind.  She is also active in promoting healthy lifestyle practices on campus.
