From the clothes you wear to the food you eat, you want the choices you make to fit your lifestyle.  It is all about choice – your choice!  That is why Just4U was created.  Just4U makes it easier than ever to enjoy food that fits your life, your need and your preferences.  So when you are looking for great tasting choices that are lower in calories, fat, and sodium or made with whole grains, or baked not fried, Just4U makes healthier selections like these easy to find.

Clear, simple easy to understand ways to find food that fits your life, that is what Just4U is all about.

 

Fat is a necessary component in our daily diet in small amounts, but too many of us select foods that are too high in fat.  Selecting foods lower in fat can help maintain a healthier lifestyle.  Look for selections with:

Under 10 grams of fat per serving

Under 5 grams of fat per serving

Low Fat (less than 3 grams of fat per serving)

Fat Free (Zero fat per serving)

 

Watching calories is sometimes hard to do, but the Just4U program makes it easier.  Look for Calorie Counter selections with:

500 Calories or less and 30% of calories from fat or lower

300 Calories or less and 30% of calories from fat or lower

100 Calories or less and 30% of calories from fat or lower

 

Looking for Vegetarian choices?  Our Vegetarian options have been prepared without meat, fish, or poultry.  Whether you are a vegetarian or just trying to add more vegetarian selections to your diet, these are a great choice.

 

Also, look for our Just4U Eat Well Selections – smart choices if you are watching your fat, calories AND sodium.  These selections have 500 calories or less, 30% of calories from fat or lower and 600 mg sodium or less.
