This station is located at both dining halls and features entrees at lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, that are lighter in calories and fat. These items are made from mostly fresh, whole ingredients with little to no processed ingredients. Enjoy items such as Rainbow Stir Fry, Corn and Two Bean Burgers with Chipotle Ketchup, Thai Curry Chicken Wraps or Penne with Spinach & Roasted Tomatoes.
Visit this station Monday through Friday in Todd or West End Dining Hall and see for yourself that food can taste great and be good for you!
There are also some items available from The Galley and Destination 360 from The Lighter Side. These features offer great taste but less calories and fat than what the traditional grill foods provide. Try something today from The Lighter Side!
