from the "back of the house" to exhibition cooking stations throughout the restaurant where everything happens right in front of you!  This revolutionary way of serving food emphasizes freshness in the products.

Eastern Carolina Smokehouse Grill
Traditional Eastern North Carolina Favorites and your hometown specialties can be found at the Eastern Carolina Smokehouse Grill.  Hearty beef temptations, poultry favorites and pork favorite items made especially for you.

Pizza and Pasta
Specialty pizzas, calzones, Stromboli's, and fresh-baked breads are pulled steaming hot from the oven.  Not to mention fresh pasta creations daily.  Ah, the aroma!

Produce Market
More than a salad bar, Produce Market offers fresh and memorable salad combinations.  Try one of our daily specialty salads or feel free to create your own.
