THRIVE

The THRIVE program recognizes employees at all levels in the organization for being Thoughtful, Heartfelt, Results-Driven, Valued and Trusted, and Engaged to our stakeholders-Clients/Customers, Employees, and Community.  Employees are recognized for the various THRIVE attributes by receiving a "thank-you coupon" that is distributed to the employee which contains the reason for the recognition.  The employee is then awarded a star on the THRIVE board which can be seen at all locations.  The board allows both managers and employees to monitor their success with the program.  Once the employee has been recognized an entry is submitted on their behalf for a monthly drawing to receive a $25 giftcard, as well as, the opportunity to win $2,500 at the end of the year on behalf of ARAMARK at ECU.  Employees who are recognized for all 6 attributes have a chance to win $2,500 in a National Drawing in which they are competing with other ARAMARK locations across the United States.
