REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS

All website purchases are considered to be final.  Exceptions will be made for processing errors.  All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.

Shipping - General
We ship our cheese and dressing all over the continental United States via DHL. Shipping charges are based on a 'per package' shipping rate.  This 'per package' rate is pre-set and you will be charged the 'per package' shipping rate for each item that you order.  To reduce this 'per package' shipping rate, it may be best to order one of our popular variety packages as opposed to various single items shipping to the same address.  We ship using insulated containers to protect the integrity of the product and we use only an overnight delivery service.  During the month of December there are no guarantees with shipping, some delays can occur.

Delivery Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for lost orders due to incomplete addresses, incorrect addresses or phone numbers.  Orders will be left at the residence without a signature so make sure recipient will be home.  Orders are delivered to the address, not necessarily the front door, make sure the recipient is aware of the delivery.  Deliveries are only made to physical address, no PO boxes.

Non-Deliverable Zip Codes
We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska, this is not an option.  If you place an order to a zip code that we do not ship to we will cancel your order and refund your money.
