NOW open on the weekends, Harcombe Dining Hall is located in the University Union on west campus near the "shoeboxes," Johnstone, the frat quad, and McCabe and Holmes residence halls. It features restaurant-style cuisine for each meal plan participant looking for an "all-inclusive" alternative to current retail food courts. We've created a trendy and comfortable environment for students to hang out with their friends, while providing healthy and diverse culinary options customized to meet their lifestyle needs.

Harcombe is going green!

Harcombe will be transformed this summer to reduce water and energy usage and food waste. Below are some of the changes.

1. Tray-less dining with new dishbelts to accomodate the process
This aids in the reduction of reduction in water, food waste & polluting detergents, rinse and drying agents into the water table.

2. Pulpers will be installed to composte all waste to be recycled

3. Control over lighting inside and outside of the dining hall

4. Carboard bailer will be installed for recycling all cardboard boxes
