For this reason, Clemson Dining Services offers a wide variety of food choices to meet each student's individual needs within all of our retail and residential dining areas. All locations offer a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, low fat menu items and vegetarian options.
The Clemson Dining Services Nutritionist is available to guide you in making the right lifestyle decisions. In order to assist you we provide up-to-date nutritional information within our dining locations and other various nutritional services and events. Meet the Nutritionist - Jonathan M. Unsworth
 Jonathan Unsworth is the Nutritionist for Clemson Dining Services. He is a Clemson Alumni and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition in 2005. He is currently working on his Masters of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition, also at Clemson University.
Jonathan has been with Clemson Dining Services since August 2005 and worked as a manager at Schilletter Dining Hall until August 2007. Jonathan is proud to be of service to the students, faculty and staff at Clemson University. He will be looking forward to helping everyone reach his or her nutritional goals and increasing nutritional knowledge and promoting excellent nutritional practices campus-wide.
