Because our cheese is hand-made, there will be variations in color, flavor and texture from one lot to another or even between wheels from the same lot. These variations serve to emphasize the unique nature of the product, but have no effect on the quality. Because the cheese is cut by hand package sizes will vary slightly from one package to another.

Counter Sales
In 1998 we introduced our Blue Cheese Dressing. Cheese and dressing can be purchased at the East Side Food Court in the Hendrix Center or through mail order. If you plan a visit to our retail area in the Hendrix Center, call 864-656-3663 to check the availability of products before you arrive.

Shipping - General
We ship our cheese and dressing all over the continental United States via FedEx. Shipping charges are based on a 'per package' shipping rate.  This 'per package' rate is pre-set and you will be charged the 'per package' shipping rate for each item that you order.  To reduce this 'per package' shipping rate, it may be best to order one of our popular variety packages as opposed to various single items shipping to the same address.  We ship using insulated containers to protect the integrity of the product and we use only an overnight delivery service.  During the month of December there are no guarantees with shipping, some delays can occur.

Call (800) 599-0181 to place orders. We ship our cheese and dressing all over the United States via FedEx. Orders received on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be shipped the next day. Orders received on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on Monday.
