What will I need to place an order online?
You will need a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to pay for your purchase. You will also need to know your gift recipient's address, including their phone number, if this is a gift purchase. You will need to enter this address in the 'My Account' 'Manage Addresses' section in addition to the billing address of your credit card. The billing address of your credit card is required for purchases.
Is shopping online with Clemson Blue Cheese secure?
Absolutely! We use a 128 bit encryption and the latest in technology to protect your personal information. We are 100% compliant with the SOX and PCI industry standards for credit card security.
When will my gift recipient (or I) receive the Blue Cheese?
We follow the same guidelines for delivery with online purchases as for phone orders. Orders recieved on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be shipped the next day. Orders recieved on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on Monday. If you order Blue Cheese over a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be treated as a Monday order.
I would like to include a personalized message with my order, what should I do?
All Clemson Blue Cheese packages come with our attractive gift card. If you would like to include a personalized message on your gift card, please follow these simple instructions:
On the product detail page (where the products are displayed), click the 'View Detail' link located right below the picture of the item. Record your message, up to 25 characters, in the comment box appearing on the right hand side of the page. Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add item to cart' button. The comments will be sent directly to us on completion of the checkout process.
If you already have an item in your cart you wish to add a comment to please remove the item from your cart and re-add it again after you add your comment.
If you have forgotten to include a message and would like to, please contact us with your gift order number so that we can reference your order and we will be happy to include your message. You can contact us by phone at 1-800-599-0181.
Why do I need to create an account?
In order for you to make a purchase and to check on your order status, you will need to create an account prior to making a purchase. To make an account, click the 'create account/login' button located on the upper right hand side of the website, and then on the login page, click the 'create a new account' link. You can set up your account with the email address and password of your choice.
How do I place an order online?
It's easy...Just follow these simple steps.
1. Login or create an account by clicking on the login button located on the upper right side of the website.
2. Add the billing address of your credit card to the 'My Account' 'Manage Addresses' section. This will be your billing address.
3. Add your gift recipient's name, shipping address and phone number to the 'My Account' 'Manage Addresses' section. This will be your gift recipient's address, which will then appear as a drop down choice in the 'Recipient Information' screen of the shopping site.
4. Use any of the 'Order Now' links located on the Clemson dining website to go to the shopping site and start shopping.
5. Follow the instructions on each page of the shopping site to complete your order and checkout.
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
Click the 'create account/login' button, and then on the login page, click the 'Forgot Password or Locked Out' link. On the following page enter your email address to have a new password emailed to you. Please be sure to check your spam or junkmail folder for the password reset email.
My account is locked, how do I unlock it?
Click the 'create account/login' button, and then on the login page, click the 'Forgot Password or Locked Out' link. On the following page enter your email address to have a new password emailed to you. This will also unlock your account.
Why am I getting an error message on the checkout page?
If you receive an error on the checkout page, please review the error message that will appear, and check the following:
Did you select a type of payment?
Did you use the correct credit card number?
Is your credit card expired?
Is the address you selected as the billing address the same as the credit card's billing address?
Is the CVV code from the back of your card correct?
If a debit card, do you have enough available balance on your card?
If a gift credit card, have you communicated your address to the credit card company who issued the gift card?
