College of Charleston Catering is very excited and proud to present our online ordering system, CaterTrax. This is a great new tool that will allow you to track your orders, receive immediate cost estimates, view your order history, and create new or repeat orders. We are certain you will find online ordering to be an excellent tool to assist you in meeting your catering needs. Whether you are a member of the College of Charleston community or a campus visitor, you can safely and securely place your orders online with our new CaterTrax system.

Before placing a catering order, please fill out the Catered Meals Questionnaire form to determine which financial account to use for your catered event. If you plan to pay for your event using state funds, please fill out an IDT, as well as the Catered Meals Questionnaire form. If you are paying with Foundation funds, please send a copy of your contract to Susan Ferguson or Tracey Bible in the Foundation for processing. An IDT does not need to be filled out if you are paying with Foundation funds. Please call (843-953-5669) or email (andersonk@cofc.edu) Katie Anderson with any questions regarding payment.
Please note that this year, the payment procedure will be slightly different. If paying by IDT, we will need all IDTs turned into the Catering Department before the event. If the IDT is at the Controller's Office waiting to be received back with the Catered Meals Questionnaire form, then an IDT number will suffice. If paying with Foundation funds, we will need Foundation account approval from Susan Ferguson before the event. If we do not receive either an IDT, IDT number, or Foundation approval before the event, we will not be able to cater the event.
As always, we welcomes the opportunity to customize a menu specifically for your event! For assistance, please contact Katie Anderson at 843-953-5669.
