FAQ for Resident Meal PlansHow do I sign up? Resident students will be automatically enrolled in the Golden Eagle Pass plan except for residents of Hillcrest who are automatically signed up for the Hillcrest Pass and Elam Arms, The Village, and Fraternity Row residents who are automatically signed up for the Southern Miss 80. During the first two weeks of classes, students can change their membership to a resident plan that best fits their schedule and dining needs.What are my payment options? You can charge your membership to your student account or pay with cash, credit card, check, or money order. Review enrollment form for additional information.Can I treat a friend to a meal on my plan?Yes. Fresh Food Memberships allow you to treat friends and family to any of your meals. Traditional memberships include 5 guest meals per semester to the residential restaurants. Just let the cashier know. You can also treat a friend to a meal at any of our retail locations using your Bonus Bucks.
How do I change my plan?You can change it online or you can visit the Eagle Dining Office on the lower level of the Thad Cochran Center.Do unused meal and bonus bucks expire at the end of the semester? Yes, plan on using all of your meals and bonus bucks during the semester.Can I choose from one of the Traditional Resident Memberships instead of the Fraternity Housing and The Village Resident plans?Yes. You can make this change during the first two weeks of the semester by visiting the Eagle Dining Office.
What if I am Greek but don’t live in the House?If you live off campus, you can purchase a Fraternity Housing or The Village Plan or visit our website and view our flexible Commuter Meal Plans.
