You are eligible for a voluntary membership if any of the following apply:

- you have lived on the USF Tampa campus for one year (not including summer)

- you live in Magnolia Housing

- you are a non-FTIC (First Time In College) student living in Greek Village, Holly Apartments, Kosove Apartments, Cypress Apartments for two semesters

- you do not live on campus.
