Financial Aid Deferment Requirements and Download Forms

  • Complete the Dining Membership Contract.
  • Complete the Dining Services Deferment Agreement Form. Take the Counselor Form to the Financial Aid Office. Have your Financial Aid Counselor fill out and sign form.
  • Turn in ALL documents, along with the Deferment Deposit ($475) to the Dining Services Office (in person Dining Services Office SRC 109 or by Fax with credit card to 407-823-0053).
  • Pay off the remaining balance of your Fall Dining Membership by October 5, 2008.
  • Complete above procedure for Spring Dining Memberships; balance due February 15, 2009.

NOTE: Dining Services DOES NOT have access to student accounts. Student are responsible for making balance payments once they receive their aid by due dates.
