Order Catering Online using Cater Trax!!
Simply click on http://www.uudining.catertrax.com to complete and submit your catering request. A member of our Catering Department will contact you within 48 hours once we receive your order. If you are unable to reach anyone in the Catering Department when you call 731-661-5110, please leave a message on our voicemail or contact us by email at gray-carolyn@aramark.com
Food Reservations
To place an order or schedule an appointment with Union Catering, please go to http://www.uudining.catertrax.com or use the contact list on the right side. Our sales staff will be on hand to assist you Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Food arrangements should be made at least ONE WEEK in advance of the function with a confirmation of guaranteed guests within 48 HOURS of the scheduled event. In absence of a guarantee number, the original number of guests planned will become the final guarantee. |
