I am an incoming freshman living on campus, and am required to purchase a meal plan for the semester. Can I order it online today?
No. It is not necessary to purchase a meal plan online. Incoming freshmen living on campus will be automatically enrolled into the USA 9 meal plan by student accounting. You will see your formal enrollment on the account balance mailed to you along with tuition & housing fee totals. You can change your plan online the first two weeks of school or upgrade to the Super Jag online or at Orientation.
What is the difference between BONUS BUCKS and DINING DOLLARS? BONUS BUCKS are strictly for the Meal Plans and DO NOT ROLL OVER FROM SEMESTER TO SEMESTER. Dining Dollars is purchased on a voluntary basis and will roll over from semester to semester, year to year. You will NEVER lose Dining Dollars dollars, unless they are idle for a 2 year period. If you wish to refund your dining dollars balance, simply come by our office and we can help you out. Dining Dollar purchases from under $300 get a 5% bonus. All purchases $300 and over get a 10% bonus.
How do I know how many meals or Bonus Bucks I have left? You can view your meal and Bonus Bucks balance at any USA Dining cash register or by visiting the Dining Office in the Student Center.
What do I do if my Bonus Bucks run low? Simply make a deposit to your account by adding Dining Dollars with cash, check, money order or credit card.
Can I carry over my unused meals to the next week? All meals must be used in the week they’re assigned, and cannot be carried over to the next week.
Can you eat Dinner or Brunch at the Market without a meal plan? Yes. Retail door price is $7.00 for dinner and $8.25 for brunch.
If have the Jiant Jag or the Super Jag and I don't use all of my meal equivalency do I get the balance back? No if you use less than your meal equivalency at breakfast or lunch you do not get the balance back.
What if I spend more than my meal equivalency? You can cover the additional balance by paying with bonus bucks, dining dollars, cash, or credit.
Can I treat a friend to a meal on my plan? Yes, you can treat a friend to a meal using your Bonus Bucks or Dining Dollars.
Can I change my meal plan? Yes, you have the first two weeks of each semester to change your plan.
Are meals served during holidays and university breaks? During holidays and breaks, USA Dining has limited hours and all-you-care-to-eat meals may not be served depending on need. Dining Dollars can be used at any USA Dining location during operational hours. Visit our website to view posted holiday and break hours a few days before break.
How can I add BONUS BUCKS? If you want to have more BONUS BUCKS in your account, you will actually add Dining Dollars to your meal plan. Those dollars will never expire. You will use your BONUS BUCKS FIRST, and then use the Dining Dollars last.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard. We will take your personal check in form of a payment for meal plans.
Where can I use my meal plan dollars? You may use your BONUS BUCKS or DINING DOLLARS at ANY of our locations, except for the Mitchell Center.

How do I place an order? Login. If you do not yet have a login, click the 'login/create account' button (located on the upper right hand side of the website), then click 'create new account' using the email address and password of your choice.
If you have not already done so, add your credit card billing address under 'My Account' 'Manage Addressess'.

What will I need to place an order on the site? You will need a Visa or Mastercard to pay for your purchase. You will also need your USA ID card, so that you can enter the ID card number that identifies you as an active student or faculty/staff member on campus. Please note: If you are using a Macintosh computer, we support IE, Opera, and Firefox as browsers. We do not support the Safari browser at this time.

My account is locked, how do I unlock it? Click the 'login/create account' button, and then on the login page click the 'Forgot Password' link. On the following page enter your email address to have a new password emailed to you. This will also unlock your account.
Why am I getting an error on the payment page? Did you select type of payment? Did you use the correct credit card number? Is your credit card expired? Is the address you selected as the billing address the same as the credit card's billing address? If this is a 'Gift Card' type credit card, have you called the issuer credit card company to register your billing address for the card so that you can make online purchases? Is the CVV Code from the back of your card correct? Do you have enough available balance on your card? If a debit card?
