Meal Plans - Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I use my Dining Membership?
Dining Meal Plans, Bonus Bucks, and Declining Balance can be used to purchase meals at Middleground Starbucks.  If a student has a Meal Plan with Bonus Bucks, the Bonus Bucks can be used at Middleground Starbucks.

Do my Bonus Bucks Expire?
Yes, Bonus Bucks expire at the end of each semester.

Who can use my card?
Student ID cards can be replaced through the Office Manager at the Catherine Burrow Refectory Dining Building.  A student ID is proprietary and only be used by the owner of the ID card.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
Dining memberships are non-refundable and Rhodes Dining accepts no responsibility for lost and/or damaged cards.

What do I do if my dining membership dollars run low?
Additional money can be added to your Declining Dollar account through Rhodes Express by emailing express@rhodes.edu or calling 901.843.3278.
