Located in the Bryan Campus Life Center, featuring 5 plasma screens the newly renovated Lynx Lair Pub managed by our Executive Chef, Jason Phillips, offers casual dining, where you can order from the Grill, or design your own Stone Oven Pizza. The new deli will feature a "deli street feel" with a variety of fresh proofed breads, panini sandwiches, wraps, soups and sweets. Our Alternative Station in the middle of the room will feature a Mediterranean Cuisine with lots of healthy choices to include Sushi, Steamed Dumplings, Noodle Soup Bowl, a Wok Station for stir fry. In addition, an entrée size made to order Crepe Station with Savory and Sweet Crepes. Look for the convenience items and "To Go" food items when you have a busy schedule. And last, but not least, our new Lynx Pub Bar with casual soft seating, bar stools, drinks, food and fruit smoothies. If you place a food order and move to another area in the Lynx Pub to play Trivia, Ping Pong or Billards, or just hang out, you can order your food and the wait staff can give you a pager to buzz you when your order is ready. Your Declining Balance Lynx Dollars Account or Bonus Bucks Account can be used at the Lynx Pub to purchase food items as well. The Lynx Pub also offers a meal cash equivalency on the Meal Plan. Open for Lunch, Dinner and late evening snacks.
