The Refectory offers an all you can eat campus restaurant selections to include a produce and salad station with locally grown and organic produce when seasonally available. Whether it is a meal from the vegan and vegetarian station, American grill, southern home cooking, or multicultural cuisine, the Refectory will surely have something you like.
The Loft Lounge
Check out the newly decorated Loft Lounge in the Refectory open from Breakfast through Dinner with the new 64" plasma screen, with soft seating and tables and chairs for dining, wireless connections and desk top computers. A great place to reserve for meetings and functions.

A variety of lettuce to include, Romaine, Boston, Field greens, Baby Spinach, a large variety of fresh cut vegetables, cheeses, fruit, tofu, composed salads, and daily composed salads, such as Chicken, Tuna Salad, and Fruit Salad. Salad toppings available are Flax Seed, Hummus, Edamame Beans, Black Beans, White Beans, Lentils, Garbanzo Beans, Three Bean Salad, Red Beans, Pinto Beans, Dried Fruit, Soy Nuts, Dried Cranberries, Tuna in Spring Water.
