• Only recycled paper is used for print outs
• Office Paper Recycling in every office & through out building
• Plastic Bottle & Alluminum Can Recycling through out offices & buildings
• Trayless in The JC
• Reduce tray usage poster in the Union Food Court
• Recycling cooking grease
• Organic product line in the Market at Crosby & Towers
• Order locally grown produce when possible
• Defrosting frozen producr in refigerator vs. running water
• Napkins from recycled product
• Offered mugs for Faculty / Staff meal plan purchase incentive. Free coffee refills when using the Ole Miss Dining Mug provided
• Offering discounted coffee at all Java City locations when anyone purchases & uses the "Green" mug
• Reusable To-Go Containers are available at the Union and JC, for more information look at the sign above

Future Plans

• Work with the University on composting food waste
• Expand organic product line at all locations
• Expand Recycling to include cardboard
• Sustainability Committee within dining services & focus groups
