Brooke Beard is a 2009 Graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. She is very passionate about nutrition education and is here to answer any questions you have for her! She works at the JC Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Times may vary. She can give tours of the JC, the Student Union Food Court and the Marketplace at the Residential College. She is also available to help you identify healthy food choices!
