Food For Thought Featuring Einstein Bros Bagels - Food for Thought is a brand new deli and coffee café featuring Einstein Bros Bagels located in the Mitchell Memorial Library.  Einstein’s offers a wide assortment of fresh baked bagels, sandwiches, salads, wraps, and a full line of coffee and espresso drinks.
