Order your Flex Dollars or Fraternity/Sorority Alternate Meal Plan conveniently, securely and easily right on our website! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. We will add your purchase to your account within 1 business day. Please note: To add FLEX online, you must already be on a meal plan.
Online Ordering is convenient. We are open 7 days a week/24 hours a day! No calling the office, no waiting in line, no having to remember to get over to the dining office.
Online Ordering is secure. We offer a 128 bit encryption and the most up to date security methods for protecting your credit card information.

How do I place an order? Login. If you do not yet have a login, click the 'login/create account' button (located on the upper right hand side of the website), then click 'create new account' using the email address and password of your choice.
If you have not already done so, add your credit card billing address under 'My Account' 'Manage Addressess'.
Select the Meal Plan section of the website and use any of the 'Click to purchase' buttons to start shopping.
Add the product you wish to purchase to your cart. Continue to follow the directons on each page of the checkout process to complete your order.
What will I need to place an order on the site? You will need a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card to pay for your purchase. You will also need your MSU ID card, so that you can enter the ID card numbers that identify you as an active student or faculty/staff member on campus. Please note: If you are using a Macintosh computer, we support IE, Opera, and Firefox as browsers. We do not support the Safari browser at this time. |
How do I create an account? Click the 'login/create account' button, and then on the login page click the 'create a new account' link.

I forgot my password, what do I do now? Click the 'login/create account' button, and then on the login page click the 'Forgot Password' link. On the following page enter your email address to have a new password emailed to you. |

My account is locked, how do I unlock it? Click the 'login/create account' button, and then on the login page click the 'Forgot Password' link. On the following page enter your email address to have a new password emailed to you. This will also unlock your account.
Why am I getting an error on the payment page? Did you select type of payment? Did you use the correct credit card number? Is your credit card expired? Is the address you selected as the billing address the same as the credit card's billing address? If this is a 'Gift Card' type credit card, have you called the issuer credit card company to register your billing address for the card so that you can make online purchases? Is the CVV Code from the back of your card correct? Do you have enough available balance on your card? If a debit card?
Who do I contact to check on the status of my order? You can check the 'My Account' 'Order History' section to check on the status of your order. If you have any further questions, please contact the dining office. See our contact information on this page for details.
Do you have a Privacy Policy? Yes. Please click the bottom right hand corner of the website, where it says 'Privacy Policy' to be directed to our Privacy Policy.
