What information should I enter on this screen?
 

Your FGCU ID Card Number and your full name.  If you are purchasing this plan for a dependant, please enter THEIR information, not yours here.  Please note that a Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) ID Card Number is required to purchase on the website.  If you do not have an ID card, you will need to acquire one while on campus.  Need assistance on where to go to get your ID?  Please contact our dining office for more information. 

 
Why do I not have a "Continue to Checkout" button? 

 

If you have not already entered a credit card billing address into "Manage Addresses" you must first enter a new address (your credit card billing address) and save it. After adding the address you may then return to the shopping cart to complete your order.
