Meal Plans - Frequently Asked Questions

Do unused meals carry over to the following week?
No.  Plan to use your meals each week.  We can help you decide on the right plan to fit your schedule and eating habits, ensuring that you get the full value for your dollars.  

Do I need a Dining Membership?
Only if you want to make your life simpler.  Enrolling in a Dining Membership allows you to enjoy the great tastes on campus with friends.  Guaranteed all-you-care-to-eat meals and the flexibility of a la carte purchasing, No worries about carrying cash, Minutes from great food and comfortable locations, No sales tax on your meal purchases.  


Can I change my dining plan?
Yes.  During the first two weeks of the semester, you have the opportunity to change your Dining Membership.  Simply visit Student Business Services in Hermann Hall and fill out a Meal Membership Plan Change form.  

Can I treat a friend by using my Dining Membership?
It depends.  All-you-care-to-eat meals are only for your use and you may use only one meal per meal period (excluding Unlimited Plan).  If you would like to treat a friend, you can use your Flex Bucks Dollars.   

What do I do when my Flex Bucks runs low?
Load up on Flex Bucks!  Each time you purchase a snack or a full meal, you may ask the cashier to tell you how many meals and/or Flex Bucks you have remaining. If your balance is low, you can add money to your Student ID, which can be used at all dining locations.   

How do I sign up?
